The Process:
For Option 1:
1. Adhook’s Online Form – to gather material for the new advert – is made available to Client. Before writing can commence, a Statement of Work and (new clients only) Client Registration document are to be completed and returned by Client.
2. Adhook will review the submitted online form and, if additional information is required and/or requested, Adhook will contact Client by email.
3. Within two working days of the submitted form being signed off by Adhook (with notification provided to Client by email), a job advert will be written and sent to Client.
4. An invoice will be raised and issued to Client, with payment due within 30 calendar days.
5. Upon receiving the Job Advert, Client has five working days to raise any issues, corrections, or questions to Adhook by email. Points raised in relation to material not provided by Client in the Online Form must be added/written by Client; Adhook will proofread/format this material. Adhook will offer suggestions based on our expertise in job advert writing and recruitment.
6. Upon Client’s final approval of the advert, and acknowledgement of any suggestions provided by Adhook, the advert is the Client’s IP – for unlimited future reuse and publication.
For Option 2:
1. Statement of Work and (new clients only) Client Registration documentation issued to Client. Before service can commence, both documents are to be completed and returned to Adhook.
2. A one-hour Job Take-on Consultation will be scheduled and recorded using Microsoft Teams. Adhook recommends that both the Job Advert Lead and the Hiring Manager participate in this call. We advise no more than two participants representing Client – to avoid a negative impact on the clarity and quality of information captured.
3. Upon the completion of the Job Take-on Consultation, an invoice will be raised and issued by Adhook to Client. Payment will be due within 30 calendar days.
4. The Job Advert will be written and issued by Adhook to Client within three working days of the Job Take-on Consultation being completed.
5. Upon receiving the Job Advert, Client has five working days to raise any issues, corrections, or questions to Adhook by email. Points raised on material not previously provided by Client in the Job Take-on must be sent via email to Adhook by Client; Adhook will proofread/format this material. Adhook will offer suggestions based on our expertise in job advert writing and recruitment.
6. Upon Client’s final approval of the advert, and acknowledgement of any suggestions provided by Adhook, the advert is the Client’s IP – for unlimited future reuse and publication.
For Option 3:
3. During the Job Take-on Consultation, the minimum key requirements for interview – from quantifiable experience and qualifications criterion – will be established. This will be confirmed in writing, before Job Advert publication.
4. Upon the completion of the Job Take-on Consultation, an invoice will be raised and issued by Adhook to Client. Payment will be due within 30 calendar days.
5. Adhook will contact Client to obtain suitable logo images required for job advert branding. We will also obtain Client details necessary for candidate ATS portal login and candidate emails.
6. A job advert, with supporting screening questions, will be written and issued by Adhook to Client within three working days of the Job Take-on Consultation being completed.
7. Upon receiving the Job Advert, Client has five working days to raise any issues, corrections, or questions to Adhook by email. Points raised in relation to material not provided by Client in the Job Take-on must be sent via email to Adhook by Client; Adhook will proofread/format this material. Adhook will offer suggestions based on our expertise in job advert writing and recruitment.
8. Adhook will provide guidance and suggestions, as necessary, related to the job advert’s content and tone, the job title, the location to be specified, and the salary listing. We will convey any concerns and/or set expectations, as appropriate. We may provide subjective advice and considerations; however, if pertinent recommendations that we make are not followed by Client, Adhook is not liable for the job advert’s outcome as a result – and the 100% rebate guarantee will not be valid if all Job Advert candidates are unsuitable for interview.
9. Upon Client’s final sign-off, the Job Advert will be posted onto the following job websites – subject to credit reallocation if Client has existing or recent job website subscriptions that prevent publication by Adhook on Client’s behalf.
· Jobsite (four-week publication, Client logo branding)
· Totaljobs (four-week publication, Client logo branding)
· Reed (four-week publication, Client logo branding)
· CV-Library (four-week publication, Client logo branding)
· Guardian Jobs (four-week publication, Client logo branding)
· LinkedIn (two-week publication, Client logo branding)
· Monster (four-week publication, neutral logo branding)
· Indeed – Sponsored Job (four-week publication, neutral logo branding)
· Up to 80 sector and location-specific subsidiary job boards
10. Upon publication to LinkedIn, Adhook will provide Client with guidance on promoting the Job Advert on LinkedIn – to maximise its potential to reach LinkedIn users who are not active job website users and might not have otherwise seen/read the job advert. Client is responsible for promoting the Job Advert via a Company Page and/or individual user account status posts. Client will be advised to encourage colleagues and contacts to ‘Like’ or ‘Share’ the post(s).
Job Advert Campaign Management
1. The Job Advert campaign will run for four weeks. Adhook will consult with Client on a weekly basis, seeking updates on Candidate quality and providing advice and actions if necessary.
2. Candidate screening question email replies will be automatically forwarded to Client by email. Client replies to Candidate screening question emails take the form of a direct and private email between Client and Candidate.
3. Upon replying to the screening question email, each Job Advert applicant is asked to attach his/her CV. Adhook will provide Client with the CV, on request, if Candidate(s) fail to do this.
4. Adhook will provide Client with access to our online portal/ATS during week three of the Job Advert Campaign; this is to give a timeframe for the email filtering process to work. Written instructions and login information will be provided by Adhook to Client at this stage.
o The Job Advert portal/ATS will contain the contact details and CVs of everyone who has applied, plus the job website from which they applied. Adhook will have added a blue flag next to Job Advert candidates who have screening question email, regardless of suitability. Adhook will have added a green flag next to any candidates Client has specified as being suitable for interview. All candidates flagged red will be applicants who have not responded to the follow-up screening question email.
5. Adhook will provide Client with administrative support and customer service in terms of flagging the application/suitability status of candidates in the online portal/ATS, sending screening question email reminder alerts to Job Advert applicants who are yet to respond to the follow-up screening question email, and providing templates for and sending out Candidate rejection emails, which it is possible to do, via the online portal, in bulk.
6. Client is responsible for providing feedback to any candidates that Client engages with directly.
Job Advert Outcome / Rebate Guarantee:
The success of a job advert is not measured by the application total, but by the quality of engagement achieved with candidates who have suitable experience and characteristics for a specific role/company. Adhook’s goal is not just to achieve a high CV pile; it’s to help enhance the quality and reliability of shortlisted candidates, yielding at least one Candidate with a character and skillset suitable for hire.
Client eligibility for the Rebate Guarantee is subject to compliance with all the following points:
· If the Job Advert fails to yield a Candidate matching the pre-agreed key requirements (Point 3, Statement of Work) either via the screening question email process or via initial CV application.
· If Adhook recommendations on pertinent job advert parameters (typically, the job title, location, and/or presence or structure of a salary listing or range) are not followed by Client.
· If Client has paid the invoice within 30 calendar days of issue (Point 4, Statement of Work)
· If Client disengages with Adhook during the advert live phase and fails to collaborate.
